ABOUT ME
Alex Colavecchio (she/her) is anything but your average NYC thespian. Though she may never admit it she is a force to be reckoned with. With singing, acting, and dancing all under her belt she stops at nothing to prove her place in this industry.
Not even getting hit by a taxi at the fresh age of 13 stopped her from chasing her dreams. She picked herself right back up and found comfort in something she never expected, singing.
Alex graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Western Connecticut State University back in 2019. Where she expanded her learnings under the guidance of industry professionals such as, Mary Ann Lamb, Elizabeth Parkinson, Scott Wise, John Hickok, Phillip George, Michael Bartoli, Anthony Cochrane, Tim Howard, Megan Osterhaus, and Deborah Lifton.

In 2018, Alex won the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival National Award for Distinguished Performance by an Actress in a Musical.

In addition to performing, Alex is a strong entrepreneur with her own photography business
A super secret singer songwriter. And a kick ass chef.
